any materials without written permission.

Accessing free or paid content grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning only. It does not grant commercial redistribution rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the app or website is being misused, abused, copied, attacked, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Mobile app purchases, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store platform, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

By purchasing through the app, you also agree to the applicable app store’s terms, payment rules, renewal rules, cancellation process, and refund policies.

Website purchases, if offered, may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another third-party payment provider.

We DO NOT store payment details, credit card information, or billing data.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for mobile app purchases or subscriptions are handled by the applicable app store platform, such as Apple or Google Play, according to their policies.

Digital products purchased directly through our website are generally non-refundable because they are delivered instantly. However, if you experience an issue with a file, download, or access, contact us at hello@masterazerbaijani.com and we will work to resolve it.

6. Educational Disclaimer

Master Azerbaijani provides language-learning content for educational and informational purposes only.

We aim to provide accurate, useful, and culturally grounded Azerbaijani learning materials, but we do not guarantee:

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account directly from within the Master Azerbaijani mobile app.

To delete your account:

Settings → Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and associated learning data, including saved progress and vocabulary.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Azerbaijani is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Website or app downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies
• Loss of access caused by app store, device, internet, or third-party service issues

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Master Azerbaijani for the applicable product or service, if any.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.

Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
